  1. Tell me everything!

    Before I give any recommendations, I need to get to know you as a woman, not just your symptoms or diet. A “whole-woman” approach is what allows me to give recommendations that make my clients go “That makes so much sense!!” & feel excited to make shifts.

  2. Food 1st, then everything else

    You probably really eat well, but it’s not fully working for your body. You’ll make intentional diet shifts first, then we’ll expand into supplement, lifestyle, etc.

  3. Simplicity & positivity

    I’m the queen of reducing overwhelm & creating a positive outlook to any situation. Think tweaks vs diet overhauls. Think step by step vs “change your whole routine today.”

FAQs

I don’t do restrictive diets, diet overhauls, mela plans for anything like that. Instead I’ll recommend 1-3 diet tweaks at a time based on your body—together, you, me & your body will unlock a way of eating that works best for you.

Absolutely. Many of my clients have very full lives & that makes it even more aligned to start working together amidst your REAL LIFE, not an unrealistic healing bubble. Now, the clients who see the most change are devoted to the journey no matter where they are in the world or what life presents them.

I have clients who notice real shifts (ex: feeling less bloated, lighter, or less stressed over food) within 1 week. Other clients whose bodies take longer. It all depends on the person’s unique starting point — healing is not a race but it also doesn’t have to take years & years to feel GOOD again.

I almost always begin with diet related tweaks & shifts, food first. I do not give meal plans or recommend blanket diets like “paleo” for example. Every client is an individual & diet recommendations are based on them & are made slowly throughout our work together.

Depending on your situation, I may offer supplement guidance — always consult your doctor. From there, we explore anything that could be relevant & impacting your body & health — this is the fun, eye opening part. I will guide you to your own answers — and what you choose to do or don’t do will always be up to you.

I learned through healing my own gut issues, rebalancing my body & freeing my relationship to food that learning what your body & soul uniquely need is key to real, lasting relief & change. So I believe having someone who can help you unlock your own body’s need — which is what my coaching does the key. A nutritionist by definition just tells you what to eat—helpful but not the full picture.

So in truth I am both, but my work with clients extend far beyond food — mind, body, spirit upgrades.
